When will this order get synchronized to Magento?

Order X is shipped/invoiced in SELVEO, but not in the origin system (webshop). Why is that and when can I expect it to happen?

Updated over a year ago

In order to avoid overloading and slowing down your Magento webshop, SELVEO will not do any simultaneous calls towards it. We keep an internal list of updates we need to send to your webshop, and then send them one by one. Once your webshop has acknowledged one update, we send the next.

This approach has a side effect; if your webshop is under heavy/moderate load (for instance if you have many website visitors), it might respond slower than usual, ultimately creating a greater lag between the time a change happens in SELVEO and the time that your webshops gets to know about this update.

Order updates (for instance ship and invoice):

If the order is shipped and invoiced in SELVEO, but not in the shop system, it's most likely because it's on our internal list of updates to send to your webshop, which is not responding fast enough to transfer the updates real-time. There's nothing wrong with that, and your shop system isn't necessarily 'bad'; some updates are just more time consuming than others.

On the order page you will find the panel "Integration information". This will show some basic information about synchronizations to for example Magento.

If you do not see anything containing ship and invoice, you'll have to give it some more time. If no ship and invoice entries in in this view after 24 hours, please don't hesitate to contact us.
