Creating saved searches

How do I create saved searches with, for instance, orders?

Updated over a year ago

Navigate to the Orders overview

Perform Your Search

Use the search functionality provided in the table view. For example, you might search for orders within a specific date range, order status, etc.

Remember to execute the search to ensure you're satisfied with the results.

Save Your Search

After you've performed the search and are satisfied with the criteria you've set, look for a save icon, near the search bar or within the interface's toolbar.

Name Your Saved Search

Upon clicking the save icon, a dialog box will appear asking you to name your saved search. Choose a name that is clear and descriptive enough so that you can easily remember the purpose of the search in the future. For instance, "Q4 Orders Pending Shipment" or "On Hold Orders".

You're done!

You've now successfully created a saved search! You can access this saved search anytime you return to the overview. This feature is incredibly useful for quickly accessing frequently used searches without having to set up the criteria each time.
