If you're juggling more than one Shopify shop and using SELVEO to keep things in sync, remember this: SELVEO needs something like a barcode to figure out which products in your shops are the same.
Here's the deal: if a product's details are missing or incorrect in one of your shops, SELVEO won't be able to sync it up. That means any orders with that product will not be able to synchronize to SELVEO, either.
But don't fret! You can easily check what's up by heading over to the "Issue Overview" in your SELVEO Shopify App. Here, you can spot and fix any problems yourself.
